At ASA we are recruiting for Support Workers with SVQ 2 or 3 qualifications in Social Care for work with our client within Aberdeen. We have a range of locations and shift patterns available and no two days are ever the same.

The role of Support Worker will see you working within the local community to make a positive difference to the lives of others. This can include providing physical support to help with daily tasks and personal care while promoting independence to the individual, but also encouraging and supporting them in their development through their interests and access to the community. You will be required to administer medication therefore SVQ 2 or 3 qualification is essential. Experience in dealing with epilepsy is also required for this role.

For this role you must;

• Have 6 months work experience within the UK
• Be willing to obtain or update a PVG
• Be willing to join SSSC within 6 months of employment
• Be a strong communicator
• Mange to work individually on a 1-1 basis with those you are supporting
• Have SVQ 2 or 3 in Social Care and experience with epilepsy
