ASA Recruitment have exciting opportunities available for Home Support Workers in Renfrewshire and the surrounding area’s including Seedhill, Johnstone, Renfrew and Lochfield.

We are looking for someone who is flexible around their hours of work due to changes in client demand.

You will be involved in many of the elderly individuals general day-to-day activities however your core duties will include:

To develop warm and trusting relationships with the clients to encourage them to express their needs, views and concerns.
To respect the client’s right to privacy and ensure that their dignity is maintained at all times.
To assist the client with general activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation and light domestic tasks.
To ensure that accurate records of client’s care plans are kept up-to date.

To be considered for the position of a Home Support Worker, you must meet the following job requirements:

Previous care experience is preferred but not essential as comprehensive training and support will be provided for the right individuals.
You will be an approachable and passionate about helping the elderly who need extra support in their own homes.
Having your own transport is desirable however there are various walking routes available.
You must either be a member of the PVG Scheme and or be willing register with disclosure with ASA.
