Are you an experience Administrator looking for your next role in the public sector? Do you have the ability to multitask and the drive to reach deadlines successfully?

ASA are currently working alongside a large scale client in the public sector who are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable individual with a background in administration to join their team.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• To provide general clerical support to allocation section of housing service
• Allocate and maintain lock-up/garage site waiting lists
• Process information on standard word processing packages and integrated housing management system
• To enter information onto databases/ spreadsheets, and extract information as directed
• Prepare paperwork for sign up packs for new tenants

Administrator Officer Role requirements are:

• A HNC level in a business administrative discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
• Advanced organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload.
• A Background or experience in the housing sector
• Experience of Microsoft packages.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
