Credit Control Team Leader

ASA are currently working with a Glasgow based organisation with a fantastic global reputation, looking to bring a Credit Control Team Leader into their team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with senior credit control experience or an individual from a credit control background with a willingness to learn and take on additional management duties and responsibility. While management experience is not necessary for the Credit Control Team Leader role the right candidate will be forward thinking and have strong credit control experience with the desire to learn and lead a team effectively.

The role:
– Chasing payments via telephone, email and letter
– Maintaining and overseeing a number of ledgers
– Working alongside and supervising a team
– Ensuring targets are met on a regular basis

The successful candidate will possess:
– A strong background in a credit control environment
– Experience in supervising or leading a team
– The ability to delegate duties in order to reach targets within given timescales
– A positive working attitude
– A strong track record of demonstrating leadership skills

In exchange our client is offering a competitive salary between £23,000 and £28,000 dependent on experience, alongside outstanding benefits including a fantastic holiday entitlement.
