ASA recruitment are looking for experienced, confident and flexible Senior Care Assistants to provide the highest standard of care and support throughout Fife including Dunfermline, Lochgelly, Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, Leven, Cupar and St.Andrews..

Essential
· Minimum 6 months employed experience in healthcare
· Two references
· Minimum SVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
· Have the ability to work in a fast pace environment
· Have an existing PVG
· SSSC Registration or 6 months to register from date of employment

Desirable

· Kind and caring nature
· Friendly
· Have a Sensitive approach
· Respectful
· Excellent communication skills
· Reliable and punctual
· Drivers – though desirable, it’s not essential

What you’ll be doing
· Lead the care team to support a quality service
· Administer Medication and Monitor the effects
· Be accountable for the safe keeping and storage of medication
· Promoting a high standard of care practice in line with National care standards
· Ensure all daily records and monitoring charts are completed
