What will you be doing?
· Reporting to the Operations Manager and Project Manager, the post-holder will work as part of a dynamic Employee Benefits Team. · The Client Services Executive is required to manage and control the end-to-end process of the creation of a client’s website from build through to launch and then on an ongoing basis through to renewal
What are we looking for?
· An interest in IT and computer systems · Able to detect and resolve any configuration issues. · Skilled at building rapport and relationships with clients · Excellent customer service and support · Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent attention to detail and high standards of work · Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative · Organised and able to manage workflows to timescales · Commitment to pass basic financial industry exam within 3 months of employment
