What we look for in a Chef at ASA:

*You will excel in your Chef profession and will be looking to progress in your cheffing career.
*The ability to work in a fast paced and pressured environment.
*You will hold relevant food hygiene/allergens certificate.
*The ability to provide sufficient referees to support your chef experience.

Your role as a chef will be very varied and you must be able to adapt to change well. You main duties and responsibilities will include:

*Preparing and serving a range of dishes, whilst supervising junior members of the kitchen team.
*Offering menu input.
*To maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and up keep of equipment.
*Working well on an independent basis as well as within a team.
