Main duties:
– Basic food preparation and ensuring special dietary needs are met.
– Controlling stock rotation and handling.
– Cleaning duties around the kitchen.
– Maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.

Requirements:
– Allergen Certificate.
– Food Safety Awareness.
– Driving advantageous (however not essential).
– Registered with Disclosure Scotland or committed to applying with ASA.
