ASA are delighted to offer fantastic opportunities for experienced Care Assistants to work in Care Homes and Day Centres throughout North Ayrshire. We support local authority services in areas like the Three Towns, Kilbirnie, Arran and Largs.
We offer flexible shift patterns – including day shift and night shift – which allow you to work around other commitments you may have.

Why this opportunity is for you:
· You have six months previous healthcare experience.
· You have Moving and Handling experience – including the use of stand-aids and hoists.
· You are compassionate and dedicated to making a difference.
· You have the ability to liaise with residents and their families to build a strong relationship.
What the role of a Care Assistant will involve:
· Delivering person centred care to each individual – including bathing, dressing and assisting with toileting.
· Providing both physical and emotional support to those who need it most.
· Participating in activities with residents.
· Assisting at meal times.
· Communicating with residents and a wider care team.
