Principal Engineer (DaS Cloud Services)

Description

ASA are currently seeking a Principal Engineer (DaS Cloud Services) on an initial 3 month period to perform an essential part role within a large scale public sector body based in the Scottish Central belt.

This role falls inside IR35 and would offer flexible working from home which would include weekday evenings

The Principal Engineer role

• Actively contribute to the clients culture of high performance, innovation and continuous improvement centring around a large scale implementation project in the health care sector
• Technical leadership in architecture, development and deployment of Azure based solutions
• Platform Automation and DevOps on Azure
• Work to Embed DevOps practices and automation into delivery

Ideal candidate for the role with have the following skills;

• Experience of Design and implementation of public cloud platforms
• Certifications in Azure and other associated technologies would be key
• Hands on experience in designing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure platform
