Are you an experienced Building Surveyor, looking for your next challenge?

ASA Recruitment are working within the public sector to find a Building Surveyor who will be comfortable working alone in this autonomous role with minimal supervision. This role is based in the Central Belt.

The Building Surveyor comprises of:
· Responsibility for condition surveys on commercial and public premises
· Working independently within the strict constraints of Scottish building regulations
. Managing small repair projects liaising with 3rd party contractors to ensure that all work is carried out to current industry standards
· Showing proficiency in using CAD software, you will be responsible for creating work that can be used by the department and within your team

Successful candidates for the Building Surveyor role will need:
· Experience in building warrant preparation and carrying out condition surveys
. Experience of managing small repair projects and liaising with 3rd party contractors
· Knowledge in CAD software – experience using AUTOCAD
· A sound knowledge of Scottish building standards and Regulations
