ASA are looking for a Junior Desktop Analyst to work within the public sector. This contract opportunity would best suit someone comfortable working in the first line support.

The Junior Desktop Analyst Role:

• Using your experience and knowledge of the area to support the build, delivery and installation of IT hardware across the clients geographical remit.
• Comfortable installing a range of technology from single devices to individual areas/departments to larger volumes.

Successful candidates for the Analyst role will need:

• Essential – Degree/HND in IT or associated discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in Desktop support role, field or call centre based, project or service support.
• Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent certified training in Microsoft Desktop operating systems, or Microsoft applications or HP/Dell/Lexmark hardware certification.
• Desktop Analyst will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to liaise effectively with Senior Internal Managers and Senior External Managers/Clinicians is essential.
• Full clean driving licence and access to transport.
