Today we are a leading provider of high calibre Candidates to a very wide range of businesses across a diverse range of sectors. This includes providing outsourced staff on demand to sectors where matching excellent reliable staffing to fluctuating demand is the key to careful cost control.
In 2003 there was a management buyout of the firm led by the current Managing Director, Iain Moir.
In the succeeding period under the refreshed leadership a sizeable team has delivered on the vision to diversify and build a broader based recruitment business. This has been built on industry expertise and good processes allowing us to create a healthy diverse business.
Sustaining continued business growth requires leadership that continually adapts to Client and Candidate needs. Today the business continues to be led by Iain Moir, along with an Operational Executive team providing contract / agency staff to businesses every week, in addition to helping hundreds of businesses secure new talented permanent employees.
