What will you be doing?

You will be working in an environment which is increasingly involved in Voice over IP (VoIP), hosted PBX, and Unified Communications (UC) products to build, deploy, and support the varied customer base of our client. You will be based at our clients head office in Glasgow, but will be required to work off-site when required.

What do we look for?

· Experience with Avaya, NEC, Horizon systems is preferable
· Excellent communication and customer relation skills
· Problem Solving and fault finding skills
· PBX Installation
· Call Management Software
· Cat5 and or Cat6 cabling
