What will your role look like with ASA:

-You will closley with individuals and support with limited communication and develop/understand how each person communicates.
-You will deal with challening behaviour and learn to adapt to the service users needs.
-Assisting service users with thier chosen activities and helping them to develop new activities and relationships where possible.
-You will realise the importance of a smile and have a genuine passion to make a difference to enable service users to take part in something they love.
