Senior Subsea Services Technician

ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Subsea Services Technician for their client based just south of Aberdeen

Job Purpose :

Working in conjunction with the Subsea Services Supervisor and Subsea Services Manager to ensure the smooth flow of work instructions to the shop floor. Manage jobs through their lifecycle ensuring the highest possible level of quality is maintained.

Requirements :

* Ensure standards of quality are maintained at a high level
* Ensure work instructions passed to workshop are accurate
* Responsible for the pre-planning of jobs for the Subsea services division
* Responsible for the completion of jobs through their life cycle
* Ensure that all work forecasting is accurate
* Ensure the execution and delivery of all jobs meets client’s requirements
* Support the Subsea Services Manager in developing strong customer relationships with new and existing clients
* Act as the focal point of contact for all queries from clients
* Responsible for the development of apprentices
* Comply with all company HSEQ policies and procedures

Qualifications :

* Fully qualified and time served in a mechanical discipline
* Three years supervisory experience, preferably gained in an Assembly & Test environment
* Ability to read and interpret drawings

Skills

* Computer literate
* Ability to supervise others
* Offshore travel required as and when
