ASA are seeking a Resources Officer
Duration: 12 months fixed term
Location: Inverness

Salary pro rata: 19k-23k

This is a job share position working 21 hours Wednesday Thursday and Friday

· Co-ordinate repairs & maintenance programme for Catering, Cleaning and FM
equipment.
· Monitor Environmental Health Reports for all school kitchens, and co-ordinate
· works required to comply with Health & Safety and Food Safety Regulations.
· Administer Preventative Maintenance Contract and ensure required actions are
implemented
· Co-ordinate purchase and installation of heavy equipment – Catering, Cleaning
and FM
· Maintain records using various database and spreadsheet systems
· The postholder will require to travel throughout the Highlands
