We are currently seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at our ARBD (Alcohol-Related Brain Damage) service. As a Nurse in our specialised facility, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals facing the challenges of ARBD, providing crucial care and support to help them lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with ARBD, including medication management, wound care, and monitoring of vital signs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
Support patients in managing symptoms and behaviours associated with ARBD, promoting their independence and wellbeing
Educate patients and their families about ARBD, treatment options, and strategies for managing the condition effectively

Requirements:
NMC pin
Experience working in mental health or substance abuse settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients and their families
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a commitment to promoting dignity and respect for all individuals
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
