As a result of new client activity we are currently recruiting for a self-motivated Recruitment Account Managers to service new business within Aberdeen and North East Scotland.

The essential part of this role will be maintaining relationships with key clients and looking to maximise the opportunities for growth by having the right staff available at the right time and delivering a first class service. You will also look to grow your client accounts by developing contacts with other clients within a framework.

You will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing agency workers in order to fill positions available with clients and manage the recruitment and compliance process to ensure new agency workers have the correct experience and training for the roles on offer.

You will need to be a confident communicator and have the ability to build rapport easily whether over the telephone or face to face. Clients are our main priority so previous experience within recruitment, customer service or account management would be desirable along with a passion for delivering business results.

It would be an advantage to have a background in Industrial, Construction or Healthcare sectors but not essential as training will be given. As a company we are committed to fostering an environment which will support your own career aspirations to ensure a long-term career within ASA.
