ASA are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our successful, South Lanarkshire based, client for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. Our client has a nationwide presence and due to exceptional growth, require an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator. The successful candidate will be pro-active, motivated and ideally have previous experience working with Sage.

As a Purchase Ledger Administrator, you would be required to:

· Process purchase invoices on a daily basis
· Prepare weekly payment runs
· Carry out supplier statement reconciliations
· Deal with supplier queries via phone and email
· Process payments

To be considered for the Purchase Ledger Administrator role, you will have:

· Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger position
· Advanced systems knowledge preferably in Sage
