ASA Recruitment have exciting opportunities on offer for enthusiastic Project Workers to join our amazing team to work with various service users across different projects in and around Glasgow. Your role of a Project Worker will be to support vulnerable adults facing homelessness, addictions and mental health to achieve better lives. These are rewarding and dynamic roles where no 2 days are the same.

The role of a Project Worker will vary however you can expect to carry out the following core duties:

Supporting service users in temporary accommodation to acquire the skills to manage their own tenancy
Supporting service users with making/attending appointments
Supporting service users to participate in positive activities and social events within the community
Acting as a positive role model to the service users that you support

What we look for in our Project Workers:

You will have previous employment experience in working with homelessness
Knowledge of addictions and accompanying behaviours
You will have the ability to connect and build strong relationships with the service users.
You will be self-motivated and strive under pressure.
