ASA are looking to recruit a project planner for one of their long standing clients. This is a permanent role and offers a salary in the region of £40,000 per year.

Our client is an established building company who deliver first-class projects across Scotland for both public and private sector clients. They look to build long-term relationships with their customers, based on their values of open and honest communication, collaborative working, professional delivery, complete client satisfaction and a total commitment to quality. The successful project planner should also believe in these values and with this in mind will be able to ensure any planning documents comply with the company’s high standards and will be able to work in partnership with a highly respected supply chain, including suppliers and subcontractors who share their and their company’s ethos and high standards which will ensure the delivery of services exceeding clients’ expectations.

The project planner role is based in Perth and requires someone who can travel as and when required (a car allowance is included in the salary package). This successful applicant will also have planning knowledge to support all their departments; construction, commercial, estimating and business development. Your role will require you to develop and present tendering programmes and work with the project team to develop the tender into the contract programme and then working with the contracts team to chart actual progress. You will also work with the site managers to report to the senior management team on current projects.
