Print Operative

Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Print Operative to work with our established client in Glenrothes, Fife.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in printing and who would like the opportunity of a long term role after an initial temp period of 12 weeks.

Your main duties in this role will be operating digital print equipment to optimal production standards and producing digital communication to customer specifications and quality standards. You will be required to prioritise your workload and maintain accurate production records.

To be considered for the role of Print Operator:

· Have excellent communication skills and be a self motivated team player.
· Previous experience of at least 2 years within a print room production environments.
· Be prepared to work to set deadlines.
· Have great communication skills
· IT literate
· Desirable experience of using uniflow operating software
· Desirable experience with Canon digital printing systems

In return our client are offering:

· A 12 week contract which can be extended to the right candidates
· A competitive rate of pay (£8.40 p/h)
· Set shift pattern (Monday – Friday 0800 – 1700)
