What will you be doing?

· Dealing with support tickets & systems
· Maintaining team performance by adhering to SLA’s
· Team working to ensure best outcomes for clients and customers
· Daily reporting to Team Lead

What do you need to have?

· Object Orientated Programming, Preferably in PHP
· Basic Web Development Skills in HTML / JavaScript
· SQL (MySQL & MSSQL)
· Problem solving and analytical thinking
