Are you passionate about technology and looking for a new challenge within the IT and Customer Care sector? ASA are looking for experienced IT minded professionals to work evenings and weekends from home in an Office 365 Helpdesk Advisor role for an initial 3 month interim contract

The Office 365 Helpdesk Advisor Role:

  • Using your experience and knowledge of IT you will help triage calls as part of a large scale digital and security team
  • To support Digital and Security teams with answering helpdesk calls in relation to Office 365
  • Working evenings and weekends from home you will be able to work autonomously to support a large scale public sector body
  • Providing technical support on incoming Office 365 and Microsoft Teams enquiries

Successful candidates for the Office 365 Helpdesk Advisor Role will need:

  • Effective troubleshooting skills and an existing knowledge of core Microsoft programmes
  • Flexibility and available to work outside of the standard 9-5 day
  • Effective troubleshooting skills
  • Be Able to demonstrate a high level of customer care and experience in a telephony based role
  • To be immediately available
