Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific needs and goals of older adults
– Develop personalized treatment plans that focus on enhancing independence and quality of life
– Implement evidence-based interventions to address physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges
– Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications:
– Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
– Previous experience working with older adults
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
– Ability to adapt to the changing needs of clients and their environments
