Maintenance Person

Description

ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a maintenance person to carry out pre-planned preventative maintenance and repairs within domestic and public properties in the Greater Glasgow area.

Duties include:
· Carrying out planned preventative maintenance schedule
· Carrying out repairs in publicly owned premises
· Reporting all faults to the relevant department or vendor
· Ensuring that all premises are left in a good condition

Qualification/Competences:
· Experience of general repairs and maintenance
· Must hold a valid PVG for children and adults or be able to pass one
· Experience of working for a local authority
