LGV 2 / CPC Driver

Description

Our client in Aberdeenshire are currently recruiting for experienced HGV2 / CPC Drivers for various site locations throughout the region including Banchory, Stonehaven, Inverurie and Mintlaw. The postholder will be driving the vehicle to assist the Refuse Teams in collecting general waste, garden waste and mixed recycling bin collections

The typical working week will be 37 hours ( Monday – Friday ) on a PAYE pay rate of £10.49 per hour along with the possibility of generous overtime rates and holiday accrual. An enhanced hourly rate of £10.80 is available after 12 weeks work

As an HGV2 / CPC Driver you will be responsible for:

* Operating the vehicle safely
* Complying with road safety legislation
* Following daily allocated routes
* Working as part of a team

To be considered for this role, you should be in possession of:

* HGV Class 2 Licence
* CPC
* Tachograph
