Description

Our client a large public funded organisation are looking for ambitious IT support staff to assist them with first and second line support issues.

The successful candidates will be in the vanguard of this organisations extensive IT support service and will be seen as an integral part of the team.

Duties Include:
· Being the first point of contact for any IT issues within the organisation ensuring that all details of the problem are properly logged
· Carrying out investigation and repair of any issues raised or forwarding the issue to an appropriate department
· Managing case load of faults ensuring that all are followed through and resolved to a suitable conclusion

Candidate:
· Technical knowledge of IT systems ideally as a first or second line support in a large networked environment.
· Experience of supporting remote users and their equipment which includes but not limited to smartphones/tablets and laptops
· Fully conversant with all Microsoft applications including Microsoft Windows 10.
