Hospital Porters

Description

ASA Recruitment are currently looking for Porters to work in Hospitals across the Glasgow and Renfrewshire areas.

There are currently various opportunities for the right candidates.

Your main duties as a Porter will include:

• Transferring patients throughout the hospital.
• Ensuring safe movement of medical equipment.
• Transporting of waste and general materials.
• Keeping equipment and general areas, clean, hygienic and tidy.

Despite not needing any formal qualifications for this role, the following qualities are desirable:

• A good level of physical fitness.
• Ability to work quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
• A flexible and open approach to your work.
• Having good customer service and listening skills as you will deal directly with patients.
