Finance and Operations Manager

ASA are working with a global company who are looking for a Finance and Operations Manager to join their busy finance team based in Glasgow city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company who are currently experiencing an exciting period of change.

As Finance and Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing a finance team in global locations
• Ensuring all delivery requirements are met on time and meet reporting standards
• Overseeing SOX compliance
• Manage all aspects of process improvement and work closely with management team to ensure effective delivery throughout the business
• Production of monthly reporting in a variety of forms
• Presenting financial reports throughout the business remotely and face to face
• Dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Being the main point of contact for auditors

This fast paced, exciting role demands someone who is:

• A qualified accountant, ideally ACCA or CA. A background in audit would be advantageous
• Process driven and can implement improvements which add business value
• Experienced in managing teams
