ASA Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside our client for a role based in Glasgow with a leading retail coffee brand. This is an exciting permanent role for a Deputy Manager who has a passion for customer service and has the desire and motivational skills to train and lead a team to ensure continued success and develop their own career!

The venue is a hive of activity and operates at a very high volume day in day out, previous experience within a similar branded environment is essential. The successful candidate will also be able to provide evidence of management and leadership skills along with a working knowledge of financial control and marketing.

As a Deputy Manager you will be required to:
· Display leadership skills and aid in training and development of your team
· Support the General Manager in achieving sales and operational targets
· Have experience in brand management and show awareness of budget control
· Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
· Commit to a range of shift patterns inclusive of early shifts that require a 4am start
