Contracts Manager

Description

ASA are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager for a Global Facilities Management company. In the role of Contracts Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of managing a small team of multi skilled engineers. Build and maintenance relationships with the client and sub-contractors. Provide high quality technical services on the contract.

Responsibilities and duties

• Provide leadership, and that contractual commitments are met and exceeded
• Explore opportunities for the strategic development of the account to increase turn over and profitability
• Development of contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reduction of WIP, debt cost reduction and contract growth
• Provision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment and recognition/reward
• Manage a team of multi skilled engineer
• Build and maintain relationships with the client and the engineering team
• Provide high quality compliant technical services on the contract
• Attend and conduct performance reviews
• Work within agreed budgets and service requirements
• Continually improve service deliver to the client

Qualifications and skills

• Previously worked for a facilities management company in an operational management position
• FM, commercial maintenance, servicing and repairs management and delivery experience
• Experience of managing teams is multiple locations
• Knowledge of the latest maintenance management requirements
• Demonstrate experience in managing maintenance contracts in an excess of £300k per year
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage and own P&L, WIP and Extra works
• C&G / NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical is essential
• Full driving licence
