ASA recruitment are currently working alongside one of our large scale clients in the public sector who are looking for a knowledgeable Classroom Assistant to join their team.

Classroom Assistant main duties:

• To support the needs of learners and supervise those who require assistance.
• To support the lecturer with practical activities in the classroom to promote effective teaching and learning.
• To adhere to all College policies, procedures and guidelines to include promotion of Equal Opportunities and compliance with Health and Safety regulations

Classroom Assistant requirements:

• Satisfactory enhanced PVG and SVQ2 Classroom Assistant qualification is desired.
• Experience of working as part of a team but also has the ability to work independently.
• Experience working in construction environment.
• Excellent communication skills and good IT Skills.
