ASA are currently recruiting for Chefs in the Dunfermline area to work in Care environments for our well established clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to pick up some extra work or who is just needing a change in general. We have a wide variety of shifts including week days or weekend work

Your responsibilities include: –
*Comply with COSHH, hygiene and food safety regulations, Health and Safety.
*Report any incidents to person in charge
*Record food and kitchen temperatures
*All relevant documents to be completed accurately

What you require:-
*Food hygiene and allergens certificate
*PVG application required
*Good understanding of your role
*Ability to use your own initiative
*Working well on your own and also well within a team
*Be able to provide two references one including your most recent employer
