ASA are recruiting for full time, experienced Chefs of various levels for a prestigious hotel and events venue in Aberdeen. We are looking for the following positions; Head Chef, Sous Chef, Junior Chef, Chef De Partie, Breakfast Chef and Commis Chef in the AB12 postcode area. If you are looking to take the next step in your Chef career this opportunity may be for you!

As a Chef you will be responsible for:
· Contributing to the running of a busy kitchen
· Playing a key role in producing high quality delicious meals
· Aspects of food preparation as required depending on the role
· Working closely to the menu specs and monitoring portion and waste control
· Cleaning of the kitchen work areas

To be considered for any of these roles you should have:
· Two references for your experience as a chef
· NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
· Food Hygiene and allergens certificates
· Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
