Description

ASA Recruitment are now looking for skilled Chefs to help support our West Lothian based clients. Different shifts patterns and different location are offered. You can pick up shifts in cities like Livingston, Bathgate, Linlithgow and Falkirk.

To work as a Chef for our team, ASA Recruitment requires:

– A minimum of 6 months experience on a similar role.
– Two business references relevant to the role.
– Food hygiene and Allergens Certificates.

Having a PVG, be willing to undertake an update or apply for one would be also beneficial.

Your main duties while working with us will be:

– Ensuring the quality of meals, checking the freshness of all ingredients.
– Directing and supervising food preparation.
– Complying with kitchen cleanliness and safety standards, making sure all the team does as well.
