Chartered Building Surveyor

Description

ASA Recruitment are working with a well-established highly reputable organisation to find a Building Surveyor who will be comfortable working alone in this autonomous role with minimal supervision. This role is based in the Central Belt.

The Building Surveyor comprises of:
· Responsibility for the creation of building warrants within the housing/property sector
· Working independently within the strict constraints of Scottish building regulations
· Showing proficiency in using CAD software, you’ll be responsible for creating work that can be used by the department and within your team of three colleagues

Successful candidates for the Building Surveyor role will need:
· Extensive experience in building warrant preparation
· Experience in working independently to deliver goals to strict deadlines
· A sound knowledge of Scottish building standards and Regulations
