Description

Are you a skilled caretaker looking for a fulfilling part-time role? Join our team in Stirling for a 12-month contract where you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our client’s facilities. If you have experience in property maintenance, possess excellent communication skills, and are ready to take on varied caretaking responsibilities, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
· Perform caretaking duties in a facilities/property maintenance environment.
· Utilise small tools, ladders, and snow clearing equipment effectively.
· Conduct general caretaking tasks including cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance.
· Ensure the premises are secure and safe for occupants.
· Distributing mail.
· Assist with manual handling tasks as required.
· Operate within health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
· Full UK Driving License.
· Previous experience in facilities/property maintenance is essential.
· Basic communication and computer literacy skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Disclosure Scotland clearance is necessary.
· Flexibility to work either 8-12 or 12-16 as per client preference.
