We at ASA Recruitment are actively recruiting now for Care Assistants to work within various care homes in central Falkirk.

What your role as a Care Assistant will look like:

Assisting with all aspects of personal care including personal hygiene.
Engaging with their daily activities.
Mobility assistance when and where required.
Observing any changes in the resident’s health and well being and reporting any changes to the most appropriate member of staff.

To be considered for the position of a Care Assistant, it is essential that you meet the following criteria:

You will hold 6 months previous care experience in the UK.
You will have the ability to provide 2 referees to support your care experience.
You will have previous experience of moving and handling and willing to refresh this with ASA.
You will be a member of the PVG Scheme and willing to under-go all relevant background checks.
