ASA Recruitment currently have various opportunities for experienced and reliable Care Assistants in Clydebank to provide the highest quality care to residents in care homes.

As a Care Assistant you will be able to promote and encourage independence, choice and respect and have the ability to work to a high standard on your own initiative or as part of a team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
· To provide all aspects of person-centred care including; toileting, dressing and washing.
· To assist residents with mobility problems and using all required equipment where necessary.
· To contribute to information used in care plans and implement care where necessary.
· To build strong relationships with the residents to ensure their comfort and safety.

Are we looking for you?
· You hold a minimum of 6 months previous care experience.
· You have previous experience of Moving and Handling techniques.
· You have excellent communications skills.
· You have the ability to work on your own initiative in order to prioritise your workload.
