ASA are recruiting Care Assistants to work in Care Home across North Berwick.

Full time and part time opportunities are available which means your working hours can be flexible to fit around any commitments.

You are someone that cares for others and wants to make a real difference to people’s lives. From your experience, you know there will be challenging days, but you also know that you’ll laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our residents as you get to know them.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the residents with all their physical, mental and emotional needs
Delivering a high standard of care
Implement respect and dignity
Caring and Friendly
Using the necessary equipment such as standing hoists, mobile hoists

Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident and outgoing
Motivated & willingness to learn
Good organisational skills
Team player
Timekeeping

We offer you
Mandatory training free of charge to help assist your development and quality of skills within the care sector
We offer weekly pay
We offer full support 7 days a week with our consultants including on call service to ensure we are always around to help you

Essential Requirement:
UK work experience
SSSC within 6 months of working with us
PVG for working with vulnerable adults or willing to apply for a PVG.
