Are you an experienced Building Surveyor, looking for your next challenge?
ASA Recruitment are working within the public sector to find a Building Surveyor who will be comfortable working alone in this autonomous role with minimal supervision. This role is based in Glasgow.

The Building Surveyor comprises of:
· Responsibility for the creation of building warrants within the housing/property sector
· Working independently within the strict constraints of Scottish building regulations
· Showing proficiency in using CAD software, you will be responsible for creating work that can be used by the department and within your team of three colleagues

Successful candidates for the Building Surveyor role will need:
· Extensive experience in building warrant preparation
· Experience in working independently to deliver goals to strict deadlines
· Knowledge in CAD software – experience using AUTOCAD LT 2013
· A sound knowledge of Scottish building standards and Regulations
