Description

Are you seeking a dynamic role where you can be the first point of contact for staff and visitors? Look no further! Here at ASA recruitment, we are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our local authority client as an Attendant.

Responsibilities
· Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries, directing them to the appropriate source for assistance.
· Ensure the safety and security of the complex for both the general public and employees, conducting routine security checks and addressing any hazards promptly.
· Maintain accurate records related to security checks and health and safety requirements to ensure compliance with regulations.
· Perform general maintenance and facilities duties using standard equipment to uphold the optimal condition of the premises.
· Be available for shift work and weekend working as required to provide coverage during peak times or special events.

Requirements

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities.
· Basic maintenance skills and familiarity with standard facilities equipment.
