Catering Assistant

We are currently recruiting for Catering Assistants (Higher Level) to work within NHS hospitals in East Fife. If you are dedicated and take great pride in your job we are looking for you.

Catering Assistant requirements

* Understanding of COSHH procedures
* Understanding of HACCP procedures
* Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate
* Be a good team player
* Ability to provide a regular and effective service
* PVG member – application can be done through ASA at a cost to yourself
* Understanding of working in a catering environment preferably within a healthcare setting
* Understanding dietary and nutritional needs
* Have good customer care, communication and organisational skills
