ASA Recruitment are actively recruiting for Home Support Workers within the East Renfrewshire area to provide support to various clients within their own homes, as well as providing a high standard of social care in the community.
Are you a confident individual who can work independently providing one to one care? If so, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Your role as a Home Support Worker:
· Supporting and assisting with all personal care requirements.
· Preparing meals and assisting with meal times if required.
· To pro-actively promote the client’s independence.
· Observing and reporting any changes in the health or status of the client.

The skills and experience we are looking for:
· Caring and a positive attitude.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Flexible to meet changing client requirements.
· Experience in care industry however not essential as full induction training is provided.
