Description

Are you an HR Administrator seeking a new challenge in the Stirling area? ASA are assisting our client with the recruitment of a newly created role to join their growing HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to take on a broad range of responsibilities.

The day to day duties will include:
· Coordinating HR process for new starters including issuing offer letters and contracts
· Maintaining training records
· Working with managers to provide a high quality HR service across the company
· Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries
· Ensuring HR policies and procedures are maintained
· Updating and maintaining HR system
· Providing support for payroll

To be considered for this role you will have:
· Previous HR experience
· The ability to work with highly confidential information
· Strong IT skills
· A desire to work as part of the HR team to provide a high quality HR service
· Strong interpersonal skills
