Rarely available opportunity for an Audit and Advisor Manager in a dynamic Scottish accountancy firm based in the centre of Glasgow. Our client is seeking an Audit and Advisory Manager, with experience managing audits and supervising audit associates. The role offers a competitive salary based on experience and the opportunity to build and maintain client relationships.

The responsibilities of the Audit and Advisory Manager are:
§ Managing the audit assignments
§ Preparing audit plans and adhering to deadlines and budgets
§ Responsibility for ensuring the audit file is finalised and signed off
§ Planning and supervising work carried out by the Audit Associates
§ Training and briefing the Audit Associates.
§ Building and developing lasting relationships with clients
§ Ensuring clients are kept informed of progress and issues that may arise throughout each audit and also recommending suitable audit tests

To be considered for the role you will:
§ Be a qualified accountant
§ Have a minimum of two years’ experience managing audits
§ Experience leading and coaching other team members
