Senior Care Assistant

We at ASA Recruitment are a leading supplier of health care workers across the public and private sector who are urgently recruiting for experienced Care Assistants to work on temporary assignments in care homes and in the community in Glasgow.

What does the role involve?
– Undertaking all duties involved in the care of the elderly
– Issuing medication, personal care, assisting residents with mobility
– Working as part of a team to ensure a high quality of care is provided
– A positive and caring attitude and commitment to supporting people is essential.
What do we need from you?
– Minimum of six months previous experience working in a residential or nursing home
– To be registered and fund applications to join the PVG scheme (£59 if new, £18 to update existing records)
– Two references, one of which supports your most recent experience.

– Competitive rates of pay (£9.50 – £13.00 p/hour)
