ASA are currently looking for experienced Care Assistants to work in care homes in Glasgow and the surround areas including Possilpark, Shawlands and Dalmarnock.

Flexible working hours are available and we can offer a range of shift patterns including early, late and nightshift.

As a Care Assistant you would be required to:
* Assist service users in all aspects of their care needs and helping them remain as independent as possible
* Liaise and communicate effectively with residents and families
* Engaging in day to day activities and providing companionship to residents

To be considered for the Care Assistant position you will need to have:
* The ability to work well in a team and on your own
* The ability to build rapport with service users and families
* The ability to work well in a fast paced environment
